of young adults face the

out of foster care. At the age
of 18, they lose the support and structure
that many of us take for granted –
housing, education, healthcare, and
career guidance. With limited resources
and opportunities, these young
people are often left vulnerable to
poverty, homelessness, criminal justice
involvement, and health crises.
